STREET AND iNDICATES HE WOULD NOT LIKE ANYTHING TO HINDER
CONSTRUCTION OF THEIR PROPERTY AND THE CITY'S PLANS TO OF'EN,
WIDEN AND PAVE CROSS STREET AS PART OF THEIR MAJOR
THOROUGHFARE PLAN. HE ALSO INDICATED THAT THEY HAD ONLY A
MINOR OBJECTION STATING THAT IF ]'HE METHODIST CHURCH MOVES
OUT OF: THEIR PRESENT LOCATION AND THE RE~UEST IS GRANTED,
THEY WOt]LO NOT L. IKE TO SEE SOMETHING UNDESIRABLE MOVING INTO
THAT LOCATION.
MR. TRIPP SPEAKS AND INDICATES HE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM WI'T'H
GRANTING RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE CROSS STREET EXPANSION AND THAT
HE: FULLY INTENDS TO F'UT UP A PRIVACY FENCE ALONG THE REAR OF
THE PROPERTY SO THAT HIS TRUCKS WILL NOT BE VISIBLE FROM ANY
SIDE.
