The minutes were read at this call meetin$ as we did not have a quorum for Thursday~
November 20th. Bill Messersmith and Tom Gosnell m~ved that they be approved as read.
Edward DiLauro, Jr. wants to annex 16.38 acres - agricultural - into the 'City of
Seba'stian out on State Road 512. Bill Nesse~amith recmmnended with IAary Bostian second-
ing, that we ask the City Council to set a date for a public hearing re this.
Bill ~hompson wamts, approval for a La~~t on U.S. 1 Lot 2 of Martin Subdivision -
1386 sq. ft. with 7 spaass for parking off U.S. 1. It was decided to give him
tentative approval. We will tentatively approve, of the temporary site plan if
Thompson conforms to the park~ag requirementS.
