The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved with a motion by
Bill Messersmith and seconded by Nary Bostian.
Juanita and Roger M. Skillman ask that Block 1 and 2 of Tract 1 that lies
South of Main Street be rezoned from R1 to R2. There was discussion and Bill
Nessersmith proposed that this rotter be tabled for our next meeting - need
more information - and it was seconded by George Etienne.'
There was also a request from Henry A. Fischer for annexation - the southwest
~quarter and the southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 31 South, Range 39 East.
r. Rene Von DeVoorde was present., on his client' s behalf. It was recommended that
