TO ANSWER OUESTIONS, THERE WERE SOME MINOR QUESTIONS
REGARDING TttE ACCESS ROAD .-. AND THE FACT THAT SOME OF THE
BOARD WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THE ENTIRE TEN ACRES WAS FOR
THE NURSING HOME. A MOTION TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL_ OF THE
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR COLLIER CREEK COMMERCIAL PARK ON COUNTY
ROAD 512 WITH A WAIVER OF THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT ON ONE
SIDE OF THE CULDESAC BETWEEN LOTS; THREE AND FOUR AND THAT A
MEDIAN CUT iS RECOMMENDED FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY BY MR. KiLKELLY
SECOND MR. WADSWORTH - PASSED UNANIMOUSLY,
RECESS CALLED AT 8:50 P,M. BACK AT 9 P.M.

RANDY STATES MOST OF THE FILL WIt_L BE USED ON SITE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION BUT MORE THAN 5000 CY WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED SO
A SAND MINING PERMIT iS REOLIIRED.
RANDY STATES THAT THE L, AKE EXCAVATION AND RETENTION PONDS ARE
THE AREAS WHERE SAND WILL BE REMOVED.
A MOTTON TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
SAND MZNING PERMIT FGR CHESSAR GAF' FOR REMOVAL. OF
APPROXIMATELY 106,000 CY OF MATERIAL. AND THAT THE OEPTH FOR
REMOVAL OF THE THREE LAKES BE DETERMINED BY' THE STJRWMD WAS
