The minutes of the previous meeting on December 4th were read. The minutes were changed to
read "It was recommended that we send it to th~ City Council for a Public Hearing with ·
a recommendation for approval" Then the minutes were accepted with motions by Bill
~ essersm~th and George 0rth.
Mr. George Reams of Baird St., Roseland, Fla. apporached the Baord for a used car license
to be used at Charles D. Titus' Garage on Pa~netto - ~holesale only. It was approved.
Sneral Development presented a plan for a warehouse on Gibson Street Offices were auth0rizel
to be in the warehouse. Tom Gosnell and G~orge Etienne motioned and i~ was approved.
Bill Thompson on U.S.L ~ot 4 Block 3 of Martin, s Subdivision resubmitted his plan for
a Laundromat with 1386 sq. ft. - 7 spaces for parking on US 1. Size of the building is 1200
Geroge Etienne and Tom Gosnellwish a scale drawing with dimensions showing number of
washers, solid waste disposal, parking and drainage. Mr. Thompson, s p~lnsshow only
4 usable parking spaces. Greg Golien will send plans back to Mr. Thompson for 'a proper
site plan.
Minutes of the December 4th meeting refer to Juanita and Roger Skillman as owning Block
I and 2 of Track i that lies South of Main Street to be R2. After looking at the map, it
was decided by the Board to have the Chairman write a letter asking for proof of
ownership as there seems to be some to be some discrepancies.
