Special meeting af the Planning and Zoning Committee called to order by
Chairman Gene Harris at 7:07 P.M. Members present were Chairman Harris, Vice-
Chairman Harold Eisenbarth, Members Joe Stephenson, Marjorie Poole, Randy Mosby.
Also present were City Engineer Earl Masteller and Attorney Dan Kilbride. Absent
were Bill Mahoney and Jesse Brock, alternate Tom Karr.
Attorney Kilbride read letter re: porous paving and septic tank for Hurricane
Harbor, and recommended that since it was all in order, it be included as part of
the approval requirement. Engineer Masteller reviewed the eight sheets of the
site plan. It added two spaces for parking, reviewed with the Building Official
and they were both satisfied that a building permit could be issued. Randy Mosby
made the motion that theplan be approved for Hurricane Harbor with the letter
attachments and the stipulations of the letters, Joe Stephenson seconded that motion,
HarOld Eisenbarth nay vote, motion carried.
Special Meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
