GREG GORE, ATTORNEY FOR MR. SEMBLER, CALLED LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND R~QUESTED THAT THIS PROJECT BE ADDRESSED AT THE JANUARY 2, 1986, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING. MOTION BY HE. RANDY MOSBY WAS IN ATTENDANCE AND REPRESENTED DR. FISCHER. MR. MOSBY EXPLAINED THAT DR. FISCHER WAS INTERESTED IN THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION'S VIEWS ON ANNEXING THE 57.42+ ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF C.R. 512, KNOWN AS C~ESSER GAP, iNTO THE CITY. MR. MOSBY EXPLAINED THAT THE PARCEL OF LAND IS NOW ZONED COUNTY A-i, BDT DR. FISCHER WOULD LIKE THE PROPERTY TO BE RE-]I.~.'.~T~,_.CG GENERAL COMMERCIAL AT THE TIME OF ANNEXATION MR. MOSBY EXPLAINED THAT PERHAPS AT A LATER DATE THE~~. E TO HAVE THE PARCEL ZONED COMMERCIAL PUD, BUT THAT OF SEBASTIAN HAS NOT YET ADOPTED THAT ZONING CODE. MR. MOSBY STATED THAT THE INTENDED USE WOULD BE FOR A TWENTY (20) ACRE MALL AND POSSIBLY OTHER CO~4ERCIAL RELATED USES. DR. MOSBY. ~ OF HOME .OCCUPATION L~ THERE WERE NO HOME OCCUPATION LICENSES SUBMITTED. CHAIRMAN EISENBARTH REQUESTED THAT THE SECRETARY TO THE COMMISSION SUPPLY THEM WITH COPIES OF WHEN A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER AND/OR ARCHITECT IS NEEDED FOR SITE PLANS, AS PREPARED BY ATTORNEY PALMER. CHAIRMAN EISENBARTH INFORMED THE COMMISSION AS TO THE STATUS OF THE REQUEST MADE BY MR. SMITH, HR. CARSWELL, AND HR. GRIMES, TO SELL BEER AND WINE PACKAGE OUT OF THEIR STORE ON INDIAN RIVER DRIVE. THERE WAS A DISCUSSION REGARDING THE IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE. MOTION BY MR. THOMPSON, SECONDED BY MR. MCCARTHY, TO CHANGE THE MEETING DATES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY FROM JANUARY 2 AND 16, 1986, TO JANUARY 9 AND 23, 1986. THERE WAS A DISCUSSION REGARDING A MEMO FROM MR. ROGER CLOUTIER, CITY BUILDING OFFICIAL, INFORMING THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HIS FINDINGS REGARDING THE PARKING LOT LOCATED AT THE K a E ELECTRIC COMPANY ON C.R. 512. MOTION BY MR. FULLERTON, SECONDED BY MR. MAHONEY, T0 Di~{]SS THE CLEANING UP OF LOUISIANA AVENUE. THERE WAS A BRIEF DISCUSSION REGARDING THIS MATTER. MOTION BY MR. FULLERTON TO SEND A LETTER TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, CITY COUNCIL, AND THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD REGARDING THE CLEANING UP OF LOUISIANA AVEUE.
