POLICE PENSION BOARD
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
FEBRUARY 9, 2018
1. Call to Order— Chairman Jason Gillette called the meeting to order at 9:55 a.m.

2. Vote to Excuse Absent Board Member(s) -- None.
3. Old Business
A. Certification of Election Results
Mr. Killgore stated that there was one nominee, Mr. Wood, and that a motion would be
in order. Mr. Gillette called for a motion. A motion to accept the election results was
made by Ms. Vicars, seconded by Mr. Williamson and passed unanimously by voice
vote.
4. New Business
A. Next Quarterly Meeting: March 20, 2018.
5. Adjourn Chairman Gillette called for any further business. Hearing none, he
adjourned the meeting at 9:56 a.m.
