Due to the poor condition ofthe original host pipe, residual settling may appear at the surface grade, post lining. This condition is not covered under warrantee. This proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted within 30 days. Payment terms net 30 days. Owner is to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance.
