DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT is made this 25L�'day of, 2019,

to provide for certain obligations to be performed by each of the parties with respect to

City of Sebastian, Respondent Worthington, and Lighthouse Property Development, LLC, a
third -party, successor -in -interest, the Liens upon the real property identified herein shall be
satisfied pursuant to the terms of such Agreement.
