We are interested in extending the term of the lease agreement for the property we lease from the City of Sebastian,
for continued operation of the communication tower located on the City's property. Below please find the proposal
for the extension of the lease we are requesting, as related to the operation of the communication facility located at
1201 Main Street in Sebastian, FL.
15 year extension Proposal:
• Addition of Three (3) terms of five (5) years each resulting in a new Final Lease Expiration date of
December 31, 2040
• Addition of a one-time 10% increase in base rent to be applied at the start of the additional term on January
1, 2026. This one-time increase in rent would be in addition to the annual escalation as specified in section
5 of the Lease
We wish to continue operation of the communication tower on your property long term. Please contact me after you
have had an opportunity to review this proposal. Following your indication, I will prepare a Letter Agreement, and
forward to you for your execution and return. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing
from you soon.
