EROSION CONTROL/WATER QUALITY NOTES 1. EROSION CONTROL AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL DEVICES SHALL BE IN PLACE PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY CONSTRUCTION. THEY SHALL BE INSTALLED, AT A MINIMUM, TO THE LIMITS SHOWN IN THE DRAWING, AS REQUIRED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL REGULATORY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THE COST TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL IS INCLUDED IN THE LUMP SUM BID AND NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION SHALL BE MADE BY THE OWNER. 2.
