IV. RFQ 19-04 Highlights and Reminders
• Carefully read each page of the RFQ and complete all requests for information.
Be sure to sign, date and notarize where requested.
V. Qualifications are judged and the selection will be made by the City Manager
VI. After a Selection is made:
• The City will negotiate a Work Services Agreement with the selected contractor
• The Selection and Work Services Agreement will be submitted to City Council for
approval.
• Consultations with the City and Tenant will take place to gather data that will lead
to the development of a final architectural plan and cost estimate.
• Following approval of the final design, Contractor will proceed with preparing final
construction plans and Engineer's Estimate of construction costs.
