NOTE:
This is to certify that the lands as shown on this plat are the
property of San Sebastian Lakes Corp. and they hereby dedicate
to the public forever all streets as shown thereon, except Blue
Island Street, on the plat are herewith dedicated as private
streets for ingress and egress by the owners of property in
this subdivision and their agents, servants and invitees and
not for other purposes.
The private roads shall not be improved or maintained by the City
of Sebastian until there is a formal acceptance of these roads or
easements or tracts or any part thereof by the City.
All of the above private roads, tracts, and easements shall be
dedicated to the property owners for their use and shall be main-
tained by the property owners. The cost of maintenance shall be
shared equally on a per -lot -basis. The San Sebastian Lakes Prop-
erty Owners Association, Inc. shall have the right to place a
lien on the property lots in the event the owners fail to pay their
share of the maintenance cost.
