Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block 1, HARDEE SUBDIVISION NO. B, according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page. 74, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; said land na',a lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT the South 1 foot of Lot 24; TOGETHER with all of that part of
Lot 7, Block 1, Hardee Subdivision No. B, lying Easterly of new U.S. Highway
No. l; TOGETHER with the Easterly 5 feet of the vacated alley lying immediately
Westerly of Lots 21 and 22 as above described, which said alley nuns in a North-
- w`sterly-Southeasterly direction through,Blocks 1 and 2 of said Subdivision and
vacated by Chapter No..157-A of the City of Sebastian, a certified copy of which
was recorded on January 20, 1958 in Official Record Book 30, Page 413, Public
Reocrds of Indian River County; said alleyway being part of Block 1, Hardee Sub-
