BEGIN at the intersection of the South right-of-way of Englar Avenue (80 foot
right-of-way at this point) with the centerline of Hickory Drive as shown on the aforesaid
plat of C.C. Unit One; thence run South 00°00'00" West along said centerline of Hickory
Drive and a southerly prolongation thereof, a distance of 150.00 feet; then departing
said centerline prolongation, run North 90°00'00" West, a distance of 170.00 feet;
thence run North 00"00'00" East, a distance of 172.61 feet to a point on the aforesaid
South right-of-way line of Englar Avenue, said point lying on a curve in said right-of-way
line, said curve being concave southwesterly and having a radius of 1255.64 feet;
thence southeasterly along said curve in said right-of-way line through a central angle of
07°49'54", an arc distance of 171.63 feet, said arc subtended by a chord bearing and
distance of South 82°25'32" East, 171.50 feet, to the Point of BEGINNING and to close,
