HomeMy WebLinkAboutRFP 19-10 - Addendum No. 1 ADDENDUM #1 *This Addendum MUST be signed and returned with submission* Date: October 4, 2019 Solicitation #: RFP 19-10 Solicitation Title: City Signage, Construction & Installation Solicitation Due Date: Friday, November 1, 2019 @ 2:00 PM EST TO ALL PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS: For the above referenced project, take note of the following revisions, additions, deletions, clarifications, and questions/answers etc. relative to the RFP, which in accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise. Questions/Answers Q1: What is the estimated project value? A1: Refer to Page 4 of the RFP Document in section 1.3. Q2: When is the start date for the above noted project? A2: The estimated start date is January 2020. Q3: Is the Excel file supposed to be protected? A3: The Excel file is protected. The cells that require editing are unprotected. Please see attached for a revised file. Q4: Could you provide clarification of the statement below: 1.2.1. The Proposer shall currently be legal to perform services within the State of Florida. This requirement shall be based on the RFP due date. Documentation meeting this requirement shall be submitted with the proposal. A4: The Proposer shall provide but not limited to the following :  Business Tax Receipt Proposer shall meet requirements of doing business similar to the scope of work and provide proof of comparable projects. All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same.
