SAND MINING NOTES
1. ALL SAND MINING OPERATIONS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
CITY OF SEBASTIAN SAND MINING ORDINANCE.
2. THE SAND IS TO BE MINED DRY WITH EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT.
3. PROPOSED MINING OPERATIONS SHALL BE CONTINUOUS WITH COMPLETION
WITHIN EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS FROM START DATE.
