Box 127 Sebastian, Fl. 32958 Dear Council Members: I own all of the lots in Block 5 of a replat of School Park Subdivision. This land is directly south of the present city hall. Yours truly, r Roger 1. Skillman Since this land was subdivided into 50 X 128 foot lots many years ago, conditions have changed with regards to parking requirements and the uses of the land. ROGER M. There is a ten foot alley separating some of the lots. SKILLMAN I would like to have the city abandon this alley at this time so that it will be easier to use the land when it is decided what will be constructed at this BOX 2267 location. DELRAY BEACH Enclosed are three maps of the property. In addition, FLORIDA 33444 I have enclosed three copies each of two deeds that TELEPHONE show my ownership of this land.
