CONSULTANT SERVICE AGREEMENT (CSA)

Project Identification: Draft and Final Reports for DEP Grants
IT IS AGREED to undertake the following work in accordance with the provisions of the CWT
Engineering, LLC. Master Agreement entitled Non -Exclusive Continuing Professional Services
Agreement for Engineering Dated July 12, 2017.
Description of Assignment:
CWT Engineering will prepare draft and final reports for the Presidential Street, Tulip Drainage and the Working
Waterfront Projects per the DEP grant requirements to close-out these projects. The work scope will include:
Task 1 Presidential Street Report
• Prepare Draft Project Report for the Presidential Street Project
$2,500
• Prepare and submit Final Report to DEP
$500
Task 2 Tulip Drainage Report
• Prepare Draft Project Report for the Tulip Drainage project
$2,500
• Prepare and submit Final Report to DEP
$500
Task 3 Working Waterfront Report
• Prepare Draft Project Report for Working Waterfront Project
$2,500
• Prepare and submit Final Report to DEP
$500
Deliverable: Draft and Final Reports for all three grants
Basis of Compensation/Period of Services:
The above referenced Professional Engineering Services for CSA 3 will be performed for a fee not to exceed the
amount of $9,000. The fee includes direct expenses for the project such as in-house duplicating, facsimile,
printing, mileage, telephone, postage, in-house copies and administrative services. Any additional services such
as attending any meetings (minimum of 2 hrs.) will be billed on a time and material basis in accordance with our
hourly rate of $100.00 per hour.
