IT IS AGREED to undertake the following work in accordance with the provisions of the MBV
Engineering; Inc. Master Agreement entitled Non -Exclusive Continuing Professional Services Agreement
for Engineering Dated July 12, 2017.
Description of Assignment:
MBV Engineering, Inc. will provide additional engineering services for the northern expansion of the City
of Sebastian's cemetery. The additional project scope will include:
Landscape design services in accordance with the City's Land Development Code for Area 5 of
the City's Cemetery. Design shall include landscape buffer design for the following areas:
• West property line
• North property line
• East property line
Basis of Compensation/Period of Services:
The above referenced Professional Engineering Services for CSA -15 ADDS will be performed for a fee
not to exceed the amount of $2,000.
