Contractor is responsible for checking actual site conditions before starting construction. 2. Any discrepancies on the drawings shall be brought to tho attention of the Engineer before commencing work. 3. Contractor shall obtain all required permits before commencing work. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for location of all existing utilities. The Contractor shall contact all concerned utilities at least 48 hours in advance of construction operations. 5. No field ,changes or deviations from design to be made without prior approval of the Engineer. 6. All construction shall be completed in accordance with the applicable ordinances of the City of Sebastian. 7. Refer to soils report prepared by Empire Engineering and Testing, Inc. dated 03/01/89, for existing soil conditions. 8. Topographic and boundary survey information prepared by James A. Fowler Land Surveying Co. dated 02/13/89. 9. All density test shall be performed per ASSIIT0 T-180 method. 10. Contractor shall supply density tests to Engineer on all subgrade and base work. 11. Slope grades from elevation shown to existing grade at property line. 12. All pipe shall be laid in the dry. 13. All parking spaces shall be delineated by 4" white stripes. 14.
