The elevations and slopes of the ground lines and horizontal locations shown on these plans must be approved by the site engineer prior to incorporating the wall into the civil plans. 7 Erosion protection for the grading is not part of these plans and no consideration for erosion has been taken unless specifically addressed in these plans. 8 Collum Engineering, Inc. has not been employed to investigate the efficacy of the existing seawall and makes no assertion regarding loads imposed by additional surcharge. Structural adequacy of the existing seawall is the responsibility of others. 9 This design meets Florida Building Code 2007 requirements
