OPERATING PRACTICES PROPOSED TO MTNTMIZE DUST AND AIR CONT4MINANTS
WILL BE BY GRASSING AND WATERING T11-E STRIPPED SITE.

RECLAMATION PLAN - RECLAMATION OF THE SITE WILL BE BY DEVELOPMENT
