b. PROPOSED HOURS OF OPERATION WCXJL.D FF BETWEEN 7:00 A.M. TO SUNDOWN,
MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
c. THE TOTAL ESTIMATED SOILS EXCAVATION IS 160,000 CU.YDS. (IN PLACE).
d. METHOD OF EXTRACTING AND PROCESSING THE EXCAVATED MATERIAL WILL
BE BY ORDINARY EARTH MOVING FQUIR ENT.
e. OPERATING PRACTICES PROPOSED TO MINIMIZE DUST AND AIR CONTAMINANTS

f. RECLAMATION PLAN - RECLAMATION OF THE SITE WILL BE BY DEVELOPMENT
