Contractor is responsible for checking actual site conditions before starting construction. 2. Any discrepancies on the drawings shall be brought to the attention of the Engineer before commencing work. 3. Contractor shall obtain all required permits before commencing work. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for location of all existing utilities. The Contractor shall contact all concerned utilities at least 48 hours in advance of construction operations. 5. No field changes or deviations from design to be made without prior approval to the Engineer. 6. Slope grades from elevations shown to existing grade at property line. 7. All pipe shall he laid in the dry. 8. Engineer shall be notified at least 48 hours in advance for any inspection. 9. All areas disturbed by construction shall receive grass, mulch or solid sod. 1.0. Refer to soils report prepared by Empire Engineering 6 Testing, Inc., dated August 17, 1989, for existing soil conditions. 11. Survey and topographic information prepared by Lloyd & Assoc., Inc. dated July 24, 1989. 12. All construction shall be in accordance with the City of Sebastian Land Development Code adopted August 28, 1985 and all other state and local codes. 13. All density tests to be performed per AASHTO T-180 method. All density tests results shall be furnished to the Engineer on all subgrade and base work. 14. Concrete paving shall be cured with a pigmented liquid membrane curing compound conforming to the requirements of ASTM 309. 15. Concrete paving shall be sawed contraction joints at least 1" deep x ;" wide, maximum spacing 12 feet. 16. Any proposed sign for project shall comply with Section 20A-15 of the City of Sebastian Land Development Code. LEGAL DESCRIPTION - LOT 11 For a point of beginning, begin on the east side of a 16 foot alley on the north line of Lot 11, Block 3, W.A. MARTIN'S SUBDIVISION, according to a plat filed in Plat Book 3, Page 12, St. Lucie County Records, produced Northeasterly; from said point of beginning, run Southeasterly 50 feet along the East boundary of said 16 foot alley; thence run Northeasterly on a line the same variation of which is the north line of Lot 11, Block 3, W.A. MARTIN'S SUBDIVISION, to the banks of the Indian River; thence run Northwesterly along the banks of the Indian River to a point which intersects with the North line of Lot 11, Block 3, produced Northeasterly; thence from said point, run Southwesterly along said line to the point of beginning.
