'Subsequent applications in the same year will be changed lesser fees as

The Scope/Process for the fees associated with Exhibit B — Site Plan Review Fees, is as follows:
-Site plans/plats are received by the Community Development Department (CDD). Plan set, cover memo, and
any relative information/studies/calculations are forwarded to the Consultant on a rotating basis, and not
determinate on size of project.
-Consultant to verify there are no conflicts of interest with reviewing the project. If perceived or potential conflict,
return set of plans to CDD and next Consultant in rotation would be forwarded plans. (Engineer in conflict would
get next site plan submitted)
•Consultant to review site plan mostly for Stormwater & traffic issues/concerns, SWPPP, markings, etc. CDD
staff will continue to review for zoning, parking, landscaping, etc.
• Consultant must return review comments within two (2) weeks of receipt back to CDD, who will forward to
Project Engineer.
-Consultant will perform a second/final review of revised plans based on comments. Should the need require
an additional review, (more than two (2)), additional fees charged will correspond with Exhibit B.
