That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($I0.00) in hand paid
by the said Grantees, the receipt whereofis hereby acknowledged, doeshereby remise, relea sand quit -claim
unto the said Grantees forever, all the iigbt, title, interest, claim and demand which the said Grantors have in
and to the following -described lot piece or parcel of lend, situate, lying and being in the County of Indian
River, State of Florida, to wit:
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made apart hereof.

By execution of this deed, Grantor relinquishes, waives and releases all claims and
interests which it may have in the real property described in Exhibit "A", including,
without limitation, claims of prescriptive or other forms of implied easements as
asserted in its complaint filed in the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Case H
3U4119CA000712. This deed is executed and delivered in accordance with a Settlement
Agreement filed in said case.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever
ofthe said first parry, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoofofthe said second party
forever.
