The board was advised that there were no signature discrepancies to review and observed staff run the vote by mail envelopes through the automatic letter opener. The board moved to the tabulation room at 10:10 a.m. and one of the DS850 machines jammed. Mr. Cruz advised this could be because of wheel tension or ballots were stuck. He cleared the paths and tried a few more times. It was determined that the Omaha, Nebraska vendor would need to be involved in the repair. The canvassing continued with only one of the DS850 machines.
