The City of Sebastian Canvassing Board convened at 9:00 a.m. and was advised by Elections Staff that
274 vote -by -mail ballots would be opened. Elections Staff ran the vote by mail envelopes through the
automatic letter opener and separated out the ballot from the secrecy sleeves and envelopes.
The board moved to the tabulation room at 9:15 a.m. The zero reports were signed. Both DS850
machines were running.
The following ballots were out -stacked by the DS850 machine and reviewed by the Sebastian Canvassing
Board and then duplicated by the Elections Duplicating Team:

no ballot was removed from or added to any ballot container, ballot tray or other segregation of ballots. No
ballot was in any manner tampered with and no person touched any ballot, ballot tray or container, except if
authorized to do so.

Florida Statute 101.68(2)- Any participant in the Canvassing Board Meeting who releases the results of a canvassing or
processing of vote -by -mail ballots prior to the closing of the polls in that county on Election Day commits a felony of the third
degree.
