HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-29-2021 MinutesMinutes of the City of Sebastian Canvassing Board Friday, October 29, 2021- 9:00 a.m. November 2, 2021 Election Supervisor of Elections Office 4375 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32967 Present: City of Sebastian Canvassing Board Members: City Clerk Jeanette Williams (Chairperson); City Attorney Manny Anon, Jr.; Records Specialist Cathy Testa Other Officials Present: Indian River County Supervisor of Elections Leslie Swan Deputy Chief of Operations Maureen Houssell IT Manager David Cruz Logistics & Equipment Manager Joe Crowley Director of Communications Shane Bias Elections Specialist Katie Otto Vote By Mail Coordinator Daisy Zamora Election Specialist Katherine Bauman Candidate Coordinator Anita Wheeler The City of Sebastian Canvassing Board convened at 9:00 a.m. and was advised by Elections Staff that 274 vote -by -mail ballots would be opened. Elections Staff ran the vote by mail envelopes through the automatic letter opener and separated out the ballot from the secrecy sleeves and envelopes. The board moved to the tabulation room at 9:15 a.m. The zero reports were signed. Both DS850 machines were running.
