Canvassers in and for said City of Sebastian, do hereby certify that we met on the
4" day of November, 2021 A.D., and proceeded publicly to canvass the votes
given for the offices and persons herein specified at the City of Sebastian
Municipal Election held on the 2nd day of November, 2021 A.D., as shown by the
returns on file in the office of the Supervisor of Elections. We do hereby certify
