General Development Corporation has contracted for a Wellington III (see enclosed brochure) home to be built on the above lot and block for Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Kowalski which will cause in encroach- ment into the side easement■ of six (6) inches. In as much as lot 1 block 435, the lot which the Kowalski's had originally contracted for in 1973, does not have utilities extended to the area and Mr. k Mrs. Kowalski are quite anxious to begin construction of their home your prompt cooperation will be greatly appreciated in granting this variance.
