The original request dated January 17, 1975 mentions "nonconforming usage* of commercially zoned property. We are enclosing a copy of the definition of noncon- forming as per the City of Sebastian Zoning Ordinance, page 6, in case you do not have a copy of same. Since there is a moratrium on placing trailers and/or mobile homes within the City Limits of Sebastian, we are also attaching a copy of page 21 of the City of Sebastian Zoning Ordinance. For your consideration, Mr. Vocelle at a recent Council Meeting stated that only hardships should be acted on by the Board of Adjustments. As this is a Council request I am referring this to you.
