June 4. 1997 Stormwater Workshop Outline
The purpose of this workshop is to provide the opportunity for staff and consultants to up-date
the Council and the general public on the current status of projects and programs currently
underway concerning stormwater matters. Additionally the workshop should focus on known
problems with the goal of identifying plans and methods that may be considered in future
applications.
Matters associated with correcting significant problems within Sebastian are not necessarily
complex, but are extremely costly, and to that end become complex because of the fiscal impact.
The importance of the public's role in participating within the decision making process for
drainage cannot be understated.
