HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022 Second Amendment of Aviation Lease AgreementFISHE FLYING CORP. - HANGAR'C'SECOND AMENDMENT OF AVIATION LEASE AGREEMENT September 1, 2022 THIS SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE AIRPORT AVIATION LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease") by and between the City of Sebastian ("Landlord") and FISHE FLYING CORP, INC. dba PILOT'S PARADISE, INC. (`"Penant") dated February 10.2021 is hereby amended as follows: WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Landlord is owner of certain property located at the Sebastian Municipal Airport, Sebastian, FL.; and, WHEREAS, the Landlord agreed to lease such property to Tenant; and, WHEREAS, the Tenant wishes to amend the Aviation Lease Agreement in order to discontinue paying the cost of private ramp space in front of the leased Hangar "C", and any previously planned modifications for tie -downs, etc., have been cancelled. SECTION 3 RENT is hereby amended to DELETE $261.00 per month that was charged for the exclusive use of a 270' x 58' aircraft parking apron on the east side of Hangar'C'. See description in Schedule 'A' SECTION 4 ALL TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE LEASE dated February 10, 2021 is incorporated by reference and shall remain in full force and effect as if fully stated herein. Schedule "A" is amended by DELETING the following from the rent calculation. • An apron area measuring 270' x 58' is included for aircraft tie -down parking.
