I told him this was not for a logo but their rendition of something in Sebastian and that we were thinking of posting them at our events. Please know that I am very excited about this celebration and will do whatever is needed to make it a huge success. Going forward, the board has agreed that the best person to contact regarding historical data, pictures and files in our data system would be board member Ellen Stanley, our archivist. Ellen has worked for many years documenting every donation to the museum and would be able to locate important data to be used during the celebration. I would ask an additional travel stipend of $500, and I will take care of purchasing all of my own transportation, lodging, meals, etc. I would be happy to draft a simple performance contract for your files and provide you with an Invoice for$2424, with 50% due sixty days prior to the performance and the balance at the conclusion of our visit.
