As such conditions are contrary to law, you are hereby required to correct said conditions upon receipt of this notice. A re -inspection to determine compliance will be conducted on or after the scheduled re -inspection date. Failure to comply with the forgoing order before the date of such re -inspection may render you liable to the penalties provide by law for such violation.
