At the conclusion of this hearing, the City Council may approve this ordinance. Interested parties may inspect the proposed or- dinance and Conceptual PUD Plan in the Community Devel- opment Department at City Hall, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may appear at the hearing and be heard with respect to the pro- posed ordinance. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of the foregoing meet- ing.
