ING A CONCEPTUAL PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR A PROJECT KNOWN AS
RIVER OAKS PRESERVE, CON-
SISTING OF 146.5 ACRES,
MORE OF LESS, WITH A ZON-
ING DESIGNATION OF PUD-R
(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP-
MENT RESIDENTIAL) AND A
LAND USE DESIGNATION OF
VLDR (RESIDENTIAL VERY
LOW DENSITY, 3 DU/AC), LO-
CATED SOUTH OF LANFAIR
AND LIGHTHOUSE AVENUES,
AND NORTH OF CR 510 &

The City Council of the City of
Sebastian, Indian River Coun-
ty, Florida, will hold a quasi-
judicial public hearing and
2nd reading of the above ref-
erenced ordinance on Wed-
nesday, October 11, 2023 at
approximately 6:00 p.m. in
the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, 1225 Main Street,
Sebastian, Florida. At the
conclusion of this hearing, the
City Council may approve this
ordinance. Interested parties
may inspect the proposed or-
dinance and Conceptual PUD
Plan in the Community Devel-
opment Department at City
Hall, Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may
appear at the hearing and be
heard with respect to the pro-
posed ordinance.
No stenographic record by a
certified court reporter will be
made of the foregoing meet-
ing. Any person who decides
to appeal any decision made
by the committee with respect
to any matter considered at
this meeting will need to en-
sure that a verbatim record of
the proceeding is made,
which record includes the tes-
timony and evidence upon
which the appeal is to be
