After much consideration, the City is unable to approve either proposal. Safety concerns and precedent setting play heavily into the City's decision, While we discussed the dry retention plan as a possible alternative, the dry retention appears to come within 10 feet of the side of Dryden Ave and the landscaping is then placed in that 10' area.
