Mr. Walther,
The City of Sebastian would like to renew RFQ #21-01: Continuing Engineering Services (RE -BID) for one (1)
additional year. The contract's terms and conditions allow for two (2) one (1) year renewal periods under the same terms
and conditions.
Acceptance of this offer guarantees that all terms, conditions and prices of the previous agreement shall remain in full
force and shall be honored for the renewal term of the contract from February 21, 2024 - February 22, 2025. If you are
agreeable to renewing the contract, please sign electronically below and return by February 14, 2024 so we may ensure
the contract continues uninterrupted.

A¢enda Item Title: Renewal of RFQ #21-01 Continuing Engineering Services and authorization
for the City Manager to execute all appropriate documents.
Recommendation: Staff recommends City Council approve the available renewal terms for two
(2) additional one (1) year terms of the Continuing Engineering Services
contracts with Carter & Associates Inc., Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson,
Inc., Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard and
authorize the City Manager to execute all appropriate documents.
Backeround: The City of Sebastian awarded contracts to the aforementioned firms at the
January 13, 2021 City Council Meeting to establish a library of consultants to be used on an as -needed basis.
The initial Contract term was 3 years with the option to renew for two (2) one (1) year terms.
At this time, Staff recommends City Council approve the available renewal terms for two (2) additional one
(1) year terms of the Continuing Engineering Services contracts with Carter & Associates hic., Johnson,
Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc., Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard and
authorize the City Manager to execute all appropriate documents.
