proper execution of this document, the Contractor is hereby notified to commence work. All changes stated below
are hereby incorporated and made a part of the Contract identified above, and all the terms and conditions of said
Contract are enjoined and in full force while executing the change(s) stipulated as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
All Area Roofing began work 3/18/2024 and ran into unexpected conditions and materials which is prompting the
change order. The area is above the elevator equipment room so it’s in a sensitive area that needs to be sealed
quickly. The change order includes tearing out existing ISO boards, sanding and leveling concrete, lowering all
debris from second story patio, and installation of new ISO boards to create a proper decking.
