Re: Letter of Substantial Completion Acceptance
ICE was notified by (Contractor) that the Alpha Apron Rehabilitation at Sebastian
Municipal Airport, Sebastian, Florida was substantially complete and opened available for
beneficial use on May 29tn
The work performed under this contract, excluding the punch list items, As-builts, and
pavement marking has been reviewed and found to be substantially complete. The date
of substantial completion of this contract is established as May 29th, 2024. The
commencement date of applicable warranties will be established upon completion of all
punch list items.
A "punch list" will be generated upon scheduling field review and inspection after final
marking placement, consisting of deficiencies, however, failure to include any item on
such list does not alter the responsibility of the contractor to complete all work in
accordance with the contract documents. The date of commencement of warranties for
the items on the punch list will be the date of final payment unless otherwise agreed to in
writing.
