FOR THE SECOND READING ROPOSED AMENDMENT TO S/D ORDINANCE REGARDING THE PRESENT ONE YEAR MAINTAINANCE OF ROADS BE EXTE THREE YEARS MAINTAINENCE. THE CDC AGREEMENT RE: ACCEPTENCE OF ROADS AND DRAINAGE WILL BE READ Al SAME MEETING. MR. THE BILL SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES LOCAL PLANNING AA ZONING BOARDS FROM THE DEFINITION OF ADVISORY BOARD. IF THE BILL IS PASSED BY THE SENATE, IT WIL PRECLUDE THE MEMBERS OF THE ZONING 6 PLANNING COMMISSION FROM HAVING TO FILE DISCLOSURES. AT' IT'S LAST MEETING, THE CEMETERY COMMITTEE DECIDED NOT TO IMPLEMENT ITIS RECOMENDATION TO INC THE PRICE OF CEMETERY LOTS FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS FROM $100 TO $125. COUNCILMAN HOUSE, CHAIRMAN OF CEMETERY COMMITTEE, SAID THE MATTER WILL BE RECONSIDERED AT A LATER DATE. MOTION BY COUNCILMAN JOACHIM, SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN GRAY,TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMEA CHAPTER 21-5 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, KNOWN AS THE ORDINANCE SETTINC MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVEWAYS.
