FACILITY LOCATIONS
All facilities shall receive exterior service monthly.
Locations requiring monthly interior service or bait boxes are identified below with the service location.
Additional interior service will be requested on an ‘as-needed’ basis. These service requests must be covered in the
monthly service cost. No additional money will be paid for interior services requested on an ‘as needed’ basis.
