City of Sebastian Strategic Planning Electronic Survey
• One hundred (100) employees completed the
survey between May 16 and May 31 of 2024.
• The survey utilized closed ended questions. The
topics of questions were generated by key themes v
from interviews. (A
o 18 Interviews - 5 City Council Members and 13 Administrative Leaders
(City Staff)
• There were a total of 32 Questions in this survey.
o Five (5) Questions measured order of importance.
o Twenty-seven (27) Questions measured the level of
agreement.
• Major recurring themes across all questions in
the interviews were grouped into five (5)
categories for the survey instrument: Mission,
Vision, Values, Goals, and Key Objectives.
