For each statement within the possible mission, vision, values, and goals, please indicate your opinion. You also can add your own ideas too. The topics of questions were generated by key themes v from interviews. (A o 18 Interviews - 5 City Council Members and 13 Administrative Leaders (City Staff) • There were a total of 32 Questions in this survey. o Five (5) Questions measured order of importance. o Twenty-seven (27) Questions measured the level of agreement. • Major recurring themes across all questions in the interviews were grouped into five (5) categories for the survey instrument: Mission, Vision, Values, Goals, and Key Objectives.
