Councilman Murdoch made a motion that H. C. Deppen be employed as City Engineer
for the ensuing year at a salary of ~1.00. ~otion seconded and carried.
Councilman Murdoch moved to adjourn. Motion seconded and carried.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman 'the roll called with the following members
present: ~ayor Badger, Councilmen: Baughman, ~..~rdoch, i.3rown. ~ktty Vocelle.
~inutes of regular meetings of Nov. 2, adjourned meeting Dec. 9~hand a~journed
regular meeting of Dec. 13 and regular meeting of Jan. 3 were read ~nd adopted.
Councilman ~.~urdoch made a motion that the lfayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute option for the s~le to Sebastian inlet Commissioners such land as is
necessary in Hardee's subdivision block 2 at and for the sum of $10.00,said
option to extend for a period of six months. Motion seconded and carried.
Councilman Brown introduced the following

~hereas, it appears in the assessment of taxes of the property of J. A. ~oss
years of 1935, 1936, 1937, in the City of Sebastian, clerical errors wore made

Therefore be it resolved, that the City tax Collector be and he is, hereby,
authorized and empowered to make the necessary corrections and to refund
overcharge on account of said clerical errors.
The motion for its adoption was duly seconded. Motion carried.
Councilman Eurdoch moved to adjourn. Motion duly seconded and carried.
