CITY MANAGER MATTERS The city Clerk/Acting City Manager read a letter from the Visiting Nurse Association dated January 6, 1994, and requested placement of the Mobile Health Care Unit in the east parking lot of the city Hall complex on Tuesday mornings; and reported that she directed that the bridge over the ditch at the Golf Course be removed due its unsafe condition and that the City Engineer is working on replacing it. Mayor Powell noted that Herbert Sturm had signed to speak on a consent agenda item and requested that he be allowed to speak at this time.
