Meeting called to order by President ~itt at 7:00
Those present: Mayor Boone, Councilmen Channel.]_, Stevenson, DeCristofar~

Minutes of regular meeting of December lC, 1962 were read and approved.
Councilman DeCristofaro moved that December bill. s, in the amount of
$1880.29, as listed in Bills ?aya. ble book, be approved for payment. Seconded. by
Councilman Leonardy. Csrried.
Motion made by Council. man Leonardy to pub]_ish notice of public hearing on
zoning map. Sec. o~ded by Councilman Stevenson. Carried.
Councilman Channell moved that recommendations of Airport Commission
pertaining to Sebastian Aviation Corp. and to Florida Central University be
accepted, providing report is submitted in writing and all members of Airport
Commission co,cur in recommendations. Seconded by Councilman Stevenson. Carried.
Motion made by Councilman Deonardy that City Clerk be authorized to deduct
$1100.OO from "capital_ improvements" item in 196~ budget and increase insurance
item by same amount. Seconded by Counci~..man DeCristofaro. Carried.
City Attorney gave report on performance bonds, water franchise and rai~.road
crossing. Attorney also recommended a special council meeting to discuss these
subjects further after completion of City Engineer's report. Recommendation
approved. Insurance to be on agenda of special meeting.

Clerk was instructed to send a city employee to Vero Beach to ~,.earn method
of sealing wells for emergency water supply.
Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment to meet with City A~torney on
Zoning Ordinance.
