Special Meeting
Meeting was called to order by President Sembler.
Those present were Mayor Boone, 3~resident Sembler, Councilman Channell,
Councilman DeCristofaro, Councilman Nash and Councilman Baxter. City Attorney,
Vocelle, also was present.
Councilman Baxter, Chairman of Airport Commission and Mr. Coles, Vice Pres.
of Sebastian Aviation, requested authorization for a 60-d~y extension of hangar
loan with Bank of Eau Gallie. Councilman Nash made a motion that request be
granted. Seconded by Councilman Baxter. Carried.
Councilman Channell made a motion to accept Hunnicutt & Associates proposal
by letter dated March 16, 1961 to include full re-evaluation of Personal,
Business and Real Property. Seconded by Councilman DeCristofaro. Carried.~f(~efer to

Mr. Jack Matson, Representative of Hunnicutt & Assoc., asked the City to
furnish:
3 copies of City Maps as of Jan. l, 1962
Place to work
Access to City Records
Councilman Channell moved that Councilman Baxter be empowered to incur
expense necessary for maps. Seconded by Councilman DeCristofaro. Carried. .
In reference to car repairs at Shell Station:
City Attorney Vocelle recommended a committee be appointed to revise city
zoning and re-write zoning Ordinance. Councilman Nash recommended that all
U. S. #1 be zoned C-2.
Councilman Baxter made a motion to grant a variance due to hardship and
Mr. Thomi~son be allowed to continue repairi~ng c~Es in ~-l zoj~ing, a~ ~ll S~ation.

Councilman Baxter made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Councilman
DeCristofarc. Meeting adjourned.
*Councilman Nash made a motion to pay ~ecember bills. Seconded by Coumcilman
DeCristofaro. Carried.
