'l'hose present were Mayor Shaffer,Pr.~sident S?eatt and Councilmen,Sembler,Ellingsen,
Dahlstrom and Nash.
Special Meeting called by lvLsyor Shaffer to discuss and to determine whether the
Council members would like ao study Chapter number 129 pertaining to signs and bill-boards
and each ~ouncilman to study the ordinance and report their decision.
.After discussing several points in the ordinance it was moved bY Counmilman Sembler
and seconded by Counailman ~llingsen to delay notices to be sent out to sign owners until
the ~ouncilmen present their own opinions as to what ~hould"oi~'sh0uld not be enforced.
There being no more business meeting adjourned.
